As of September 23, 2013, high-grade cervical precancer in adult women is reportable in Alameda County. Effective January 1, 2018, expanded surveillance efforts of HPV-Impact also include cervical cancer reporting. Read the official letter from the Health Officer of Alameda County.
What should I report? All cases of histologically diagnosed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) grades 2 and 3, and adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) for residents of Alameda County over 18 years of age.
